So where's the problem you ask? The problem is, most motorcycle dealerships have never learned the basics of sales, finance and customer service. Motorcycles sell themselves and a need for a rock solid and stable plan, process and foundation has never really been needed... until now! My mission is to assist powersports dealers in making positive changes that will help them to achieve their own goals for stability, growth and profitability. I provide expert training, consultation and mentoring for powersports dealers and their staff.
