Now, a Finance department has got to be up to date on your states laws and regulations as well as being able to generate a substantial income for your dealership. I have developed a menu based selling system that is truly innovative in the industry. My PDP (Performance Development Process) is state of the art, compliant and effective and can be tailored to your individual store for maximum protection and profit.
Unlike other F&I training companies that provide finance training in a group setting, my success is attributed to a one-on-one finance development coaching system. I will develop and work with your finance managers side by side at your dealership, using real scenarios and actual customers.
This curriculum allows us to coach each finance manager at their own individualized learning speed, making retention and execution of our selling system twice as effective than if taught in a group setting.
My easy-to-understand, consumer-friendly selling system is presented to your finance manager in a similar format as the “Steps to the Sale”. I have named it the “Steps to the Finance Sale"
